    In my experience, there is an initial learning curve as you get familiar with the system. But after that, you can make heads in 1 hours for each one.

  • I don't use modelling fondant. Can I use cold porcelaing or modelling chocolate instead?

    Totally, you can use any type of paste you want to use, it's the techniques that are going to make the difference, not the type of paste you're going to use.

  • What if I've never make any cake toppers before?

    To follow this course you better have some manual skill and basic experience
